My expertise lies in workforce development, behavioral marketing and organizational flow that involves innovation, research, and development—working directly with people while also navigating the complexities behind the scenes. Survival street knowledge taught me how to endure, but education has taught me how to thrive—and now, I bridge both worlds to help others gain access to the resources that fit their current realities.

In parallel, I have spent over 12 years in leadership roles, specializing in coordinating and management roles leading teams effusively to workforce development and case management, bridging the gap between job seekers and employers. I have worked closely with individuals facing barriers—helping them redefine their potential, navigate challenges, and access opportunities that align with their skills and ambitions. My faith grounds me, and I find fulfillment in church, worshipping, and teaching my son about Christ—offering him the wisdom I wish I had at his age.
